Gallagher Achieves ISO 14001 ISO Certification
As a leader in protecting the environment, Gallagher Fluid Seals management system is now registered to ISO 14001 by QMI—SAI Global, their current ISO 9001 registrar. This standard specifies a process for controlling and improving an organization’s environmental performance and will help reduce their environmental footprint, as well as, decrease the pollution and waste a business produces.
ISO 14001 requires managers to take a critical look at all areas of their business that can have an impact on the environment. This systematic approach can lead to the following benefits:

Gallagher Adds to Life Science Product Offerings
Gallagher Fluid Seals is proud to be an authorized distributor of Parkers new Medical Systems Division (MSD) product line. “At Gallagher we have increased our medical device line of products recently for the life science and medical device markets and the addition of these Parker products will help us expand our offerings even more” says Joseph Gallagher, President of Gallagher Fluid Seals. Parker recently announced the acquisition of the Hi-Tech Group, a leader in the supply of elastomeric and thermoplastic components, sub-assemblies and finished medical devices to the life science marketplace. The acquisition significantly advances the Seal Groups position in the highly specialized life science market with products such as, bio-fluid management, intravenous equipment, medical infusion pumps, masks, septums, catheters and diaphragms. Parker’s Medical Systems Division is a single source solution provider to medical and pharmaceutical OEMs.
Gallagher offers a wide range of USP Class V1 and FDA materials. These materials can be supplied in both standard and custom shapes. Life science applications include medical devices, diagnostic equipment, medical delivery, pharmaceutical manufacturing and bio-tech.
